Safety & Returns
Consumer Safety: Because our Shilajit is a consumable health product, we cannot accept returns for jars that have been opened or have a broken safety seal.
Unopened Jars: You may return any factory-sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Damaged or Broken Items
If your jar arrives damaged, please email sales@indravitals.com within 48 hours with a photo of the product. We will send a replacement jar immediately at no cost to you.
